ENDOBIOLAB Privacy Policy

The protection of personal data is of paramount importance to ENDOBIOLAB, which wishes to explain clearly and transparently how and why it collects, processes, stores and uses Users’s personal data.
This Privacy Policy also sets out the rights and control tools available to Users with regard to the processing of their personal data.

This privacy policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) is proposed by ENDOBIOLAB, SAS, with capital of 35,000 euros, registered with the Tours Trade and Companies Registry under number 820 558 237. Its registered office is located at 6 Allée des Lilas – 37230 Fondettes (hereinafter the “Company”).

The Company provides users (hereinafter the “User(s)”) with the website www.endobiolab.com (hereinafter the “Site”), enabling them to contact the Company via the “Contact” section.
- What information does the Company collect from its Users?
In order to enable Users to contact the Company via the Site, the Company, acting as data controller, must collect nominative data relating to Users, in particular the following personal data:
- Full name ;
- E-mail address ;
- Message
Users are informed that if they do not wish to provide the personal data requested, they may not be contacted by the Company.
- Personal data of minors on the Site
The Site may only be used by persons aged fifteen and over. If a person under the age of fifteen wishes to use the Site, he or she must obtain the express consent of his or her legal representative.

- What rights do Users have?
Users have a number of rights, summarized below:
- Right of access: the right to be informed and to request access to personal data processed by the Company;
- Right of rectification: the right to ask the Company to modify or update personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Right of deletion: the right to ask the Company to permanently delete personal data;
- Right of limitation: the right to ask the Company to temporarily stop processing all or part of the personal data;
- Right to object :
– the right to refuse processing of personal data at any time;
– the right to refuse the processing of personal data for marketing purposes.
- Right to withdraw consent: the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, using a simple method equivalent to that used to obtain the User’s consent;
- Right to data portability: the right to request a copy of personal data in electronic format, and the right to request the transmission of such personal data for use by a third-party service;
- Right to give post-mortem instructions: the User may give the Company instructions concerning the retention, deletion and communication of his or her personal data after his or her death. In the absence of such instructions, the Company will comply with requests from heirs as exhaustively set out in article 40-1, III of the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).
- How can the User exercise his rights?

In order for the Company to process the request as quickly as possible, the User may indicate in his/her request the purpose and context in which his/her personal data was collected by the Company. They should also provide a copy of both sides of their identity card.
- How does the Company secure Users’ personal data?
The Company ensures the security of Users’ personal data by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risk, such as pseudonymization and encryption of Users’ personal data, any means to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability and constant resilience of processing systems and services, any means to restore availability and access to Users’ personal data, as well as a procedure to regularly test, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the technical and organizational measures implemented.
- How long are Users’ personal data kept?
Users’ personal data is kept only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the Company holds the data, to meet Users’ needs or to meet its legal obligations.
To establish the length of time personal data is kept, the Company applies the following criteria:
- if the User makes a request to the Company, personal data will be retained for the time necessary to process the request;
- the Company may keep Users’ data for a period of three years for commercial prospecting purposes.
At the end of the above-mentioned periods, personal data will be deleted or anonymized.
- Links on the Company’s site to third-party sites
In order to improve the quality of the Site, the Company may include links on the Site to third-party sites. These sites have a different privacy policy, independent of that of the Company. The User is invited to consult the privacy policy of the third-party sites he/she visits.

This Privacy Policy is subject to change. The Company therefore advises its Users to consult this page of the Site regularly. In the event of significant changes to the Privacy Policy, the Company will notify Users of such changes.
